Forest Summoner SNAP compilation releases featuring Gylt, Ends Embrace, Periodeater, Sunrot, VNRL, Glassing and many more.

 

L.A. leftist/green/fringe music label Forest Summoner has teamed with Ryan from End's Embrace to come up with a timely mutual aid themed comp in the wake of unease surrounding SNAP under the fascist duopoly. 

Many bands from across the underground participated, including a slew of great Brutal Panda acts, some noise artists, lofi to chunky noise to harsh stuff, you name it. 

My solo project Walking Bombs has a song on there called "Barbaric Balconies", about convenience culture leading to apathy even as Gavin Newsom tears down homeless camps. Stoked to be part of a great endeavor that has a lot of acts I admire like Gylt, Couch Slut, Tumultuous Ruin, Periodeater, Sunrot or my friends in VNRL and Homeskin.

Really loving the textures in the Glassing song that go from sort of cold noise to skramz elements or the thumpy and rage infused Tachanka song that sounds like it was recorded in a warehouse amidst a total crash out with a sledgehammer.
